Chaya Dina Briskman from Israel

The above woman has forced a Get Meusah out of her husband by using people in Lakwood NJ to trap her husband Yisroel Meir to come to their home with a fake job offer. Then these people allegedly beat him and tortutred him for many hours to give her a Get completely against Halochoh. They were subsequently arrested for their criminal behavior.
This woman is still an Eishes Ish gomur and if she "re-marries" with this fake Get, the marriage will not only not be valid, but she will be commiting adultery, one of the three cardinal sins for which every Jew is mechuyav to give her or his life for, yehoreg ve'al ya'avor.
She has refused to allow her husband any access to the child of this marriage. Previously, Rav Nissim Karelitz ruled against this woman in that she could not force her husband to give her a Get. Rav Moshe Shternbuch, Rav Meir Brandsdorfer zt"l and Rav Shlomo Fisher have also ruled against this woman as did the Bais Din of Yerusholayim initially. It was as a result of the corruption of some of the Rabbis of the Rabanut that Rav Fisher not only invlaidated the false pesakim of the Rabanut, but even took the unprecedented step of calling the corrupted rabbis of the Rabbanut of Israel ,Dichovski, Sherman and Izerer complete Reshoim, unfit not only for Dayonnus but even for Eidus.
The fact that this woman turned to the ultra-corrupt organization Ora, led by Herschel Schachter, Prof. of Talmud at YU, a well known feminist and reformist, just proves the injustice and fallacy of any of her complaints.
