Rivka Lowy ( Rona Lowy - Rona E. Lowy - Rivkah Lowy - Rona Pollock ) from Passaic, NJ appeared before a Chareidi Bais Din, which determined that her husband was NOT chayav l'garesha al pi Torah (the husband was not required to divorce his wife according to Torah law).
Under the influence of certain corrupt "rabbis" in Passaic, NJ and elsewhere, Rivka then took the wrong path by litigating viciously against her husband in New Jersey Superior Court. While claiming to be in compliance with a Bais Din, Rivka was actually
litigating all issues in the non-Jewish court. In addition Rivka has obtained two NJ Superior Court Orders for a Get. Rivka's corrupt "rabbis" do not seem to have informed her that any Gittin (Jewish divorces) obtained thru coercion and civil courts are invalid according to all authentic rabbinic authorities.
A Bais Din issued a valid seruv (contempt order) against Rivka, but she continued litigating in Court, with the full support of certain
feminist Passaic "rabbis". These so-called "rabbis" utterly ignored the seruv against Rivka, and they instead harassed and slandered her husband, in complete violation of Torah law. These "rabbis" also manipulated public opinion using an utterly bogus "seruv" allegedly issued against Rivka's husband when he was requested to appear alone for a 10:30PM Bais Din hearing (in violation of halacha), but he was unable to do so.
The severe violations of Halacha (Torah law) being promoted by certain corrupt "rabbis" in Passaic have been repeatedly condemned by a number of authentic rabbinic authorities outside of Passaic, but the Passaic rabbis involved have stubbornly refused to abandon their Reform feminist agenda. One rabbi in particular who has been known to assist Rivka in the past, Rabbi Ron Yitzchak Eisenman ( Rabbi Yitzchak Eisenman - Rabbi Ron Eisenman ) appears in a video produced by a Chareidi rabbi exposing an alleged gay rights event in the Ahavas Israel shul in Passaic where Eisenman officiates:

Additionally Rivka enlisted the assistance of the wicked and corrupt organization called ORA, ( Organization for the Resolution of Agunot , affiliated with Yeshiva University ). Under the auspices of Herschel Schlechter, ORA has brought about many non-valid Gittin by their ruthless, vicious, unscrupulous methods of intimidation and harrassment against decent Jewish husbands. ORA is adept at manipulating naive Jewish women into thinking that ORA's gangster tactics against Jewish husbands will produce a valid Get for their wives. Women relying on ORA are not aware that ORA's "Gittin", procured thru coercion and thru the civil courts, are rendered invalid under Jewish law according to all authentic Jewish law authorities. Jewish women remarrying after receiving such Gittin remain in the category of Eishet Ish (married women), and any relationship they have with another man is adulterous, and any children born from such a relationship are Mamzerim (illegitimate children) under Jewish law.
But since when did ORA or corrupt feminist "rabbis" ever allow Jewish law to interfere with their wicked Reform feminist agenda?
Despite Rivka's failure to engage in a halachic divorce process, Rivka's husband has voluntarily deposited a 100% kosher Get in a Chareidi (ultra-Orthodox) Bais Din. Regrettably, Rivka has not appeared before the Bais Din to pick up her Get!
It appears that Rivka's corrupt "rabbis" and/or the wicked ORA organization have convinced Rivka not to pick up her Get, thus causing her to remain a phony "agunah" (chained woman). Prolonging divorce disputes and creating phony "agunot" thus seem to further the agenda of ORA and other "Orthodox" feminist organizations and individuals.
The intelligent, non-feminist Jewish public should ask themselves an honest question:
Who's really causing the phony "agunot" problem?
Jewish husbands falsely accused of being "Get withholders" for requesting a halachic divorce resolution in a kosher Bais Din,
OR
the corrupt "rabbis" and feminist organizations who prolong divorce disputes, who persecute decent men, who trample on halacha, and who cruelly manipulate Jewish women and prevent them from receiving Gittin?

I belive Herschel Schachter from YU spearheaded this ORA organization. They protested in front of my Rov the tzaddik, Rabbi Blumenkrantz's house for standing up for men's Halachic rights. When will these corrupted rabbis stop this Chilul Hashem!
